    Liked this very relaxing stay at a very picturesque town. The hotel was an excellent place for enjoying a really quiet area, just off Australia where the climate is ideal for travellers from Europe, like ourselves, the restaurant for a meal and other attractions. The superior apartment that we stayed in was huge and beautifully maintained. There was a modern bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer.

    We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! Everything was top-notch, from the spacious and well-equipped rooms to the friendly and approachable staff. The location was amazing, with beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. We especially loved the huge units, with multiple bathrooms and balconies, as well as the fully stocked kitchen and laundry facilities. The pool was a great addition, although a bit cold during winter. we had a wonderful time here and would definitely recommend it to friends!

    Only missing a broom for daily cleaning.

    The views from our apartment were stunning, and the location was perfect with the lake a few steps away. The apartments were spacious and had everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen. Plus, the staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel at ease.

    Our Christmas at the hotel was a bit disappointing. The overall cleanliness of the apartment could have been better, and the furniture was a bit outdated.

    Spent Christmas at this amazing resort, and it was fantastic! the apartments were top quality with spacious king size beds. I loved the free board games and DVDs, which made the trip even more enjoyable. the resort's location was so convenient, with only a short drive to the top tourist sites. the view of the lake was mesmerizing, especially during the sunrise. I would highly recommend it for family holidays.

    The only thing that could have been better was the body wash provided in the room. the hotel only offered soap bars, which was a minor inconvenience.

    We had a great stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the very nice lake view from our private balcony, the luxurious and spacious apartment that easily accommodated our family, the well-maintained gardens and BBQ facilities, and the friendly and genuine staff who were very helpful.

    Nothing, no complaints at all.
